Online registration is closed from now on. You can still register on-site in the MECC during the congress. The registration desk in the congress centre is open for registration on the following days:

Wednesday October 12, 2011: 16.00 – 18.00 hours
Thursday October 13, 2011: 07.30 – 20.00 hours
Friday October 14, 2011: 07.30 – 18.00 hours
Saturday October 15, 2011: 08.00 – 17.00 hours

All participants can collect their congress badge, the congress bag and the Social Events vouchers (if applicable) at the registration desk at the main entrance.

Please note that it is no longer possible to register for the social events (get together party, gala dinner and farewell dinner) and lunches.

In diesen Preisen sind einbegriffen: Zugang zum Kongress, Kaffeepausen, Programm und Zugang zur „Welcome Party“.

Dafür gelten folgende Preise:

Lunch: € 25,- pro Person pro Tag

Gala dinner: € 90,- pro Person

Farewell dinner: € 70,- pro Person

Alle Zahlungen müssen in Euro (€) werden erfüllt. Persönliche cheques und Fremdwährungen werden nicht akzeptiert.

Cancellation and refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing in case of cancellation.
Cancellation on or before 1 August 2011: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 15%
Cancellation on or before 1 October 2011: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 50%
For cancellations made after 1 October 2011 no refunds will be made.

Exchange rates differences and bank charges will also be deducted.
